Went here on 1/9/11 after freezing my butt off at the Wolf Sanctuary. I wanted to get a salted caramel hot chocolate but they were out of... salt?! Yep. Out of salt. It wasn't even that late in the day. Very random. I also didn't like how their fridge wasn't really in the kitchen and was covered in photographs that the employees took in their off time, along with a ton of cutouts from neon poster board. It looked really unprofessional and messy. That's fine for a break room, but not out on the floor. I ended up getting nothing, while my sister, aunt and uncle got their drinks.

Don't be afraid of the long lines, these women know how to move the line fast! Parking lot gets congested, skip the bakery here and head next door to the donut mill--Best donuts and bear claws!

This SB is great for fast, friendly service, but not so great for meetings. The indoor seating area is small and the noise level high. The outdoor seating is also small but the view is great of Pikes Peak. The parking lot is frequently packed so you may need to park on the side road or across the street.

I love this starbucks. I often will make the drive up to Woodland Park from the Northeast side of the springs when bored just to enjoy the drive and grab some good coffee from friendly employees. The place is almost always busy with people coming and going between the Springs and Cripple Creek, plus all the locals. But the staff is always smiling. I love how friendly Seth, Lindsey and Jamey are.

Very little coffee shop, glad they moved. Staff is usually pretty nice but the overall cleanliness of the joint concerns me. Coffee is usually pretty fresh and the pastries taste pretty good!

Awesome service! My biggest pet peeve is bad service at a coffee shop, and I've consistently found grumpy people working at Starbucks all over. This was the first location I've been in a long time where people are actually genuinely friendly and pleasant. I can't have soy or dairy at the moment and Starbucks doesn't have coconut milk - ever. In my latte deprived state, I brought in my own coconut milk and they made me an awesome latte!

I come here every Friday morning when there's a Farmers Market going on in WP. The coffee is as good as any other Starbucks with an Americano being my normal drink. I would give them 4 stars if my review teetered on their coffee alone. My huge issue with this place is the middle aged woman that normally works the cash. She cares more about giving useless advice to tourists then the throughput of the customers. Twice I've had over a 5 minute wait (after I've ordered w/no one in front of me) because she was giving hydration tips. If I'm getting coffee at 5:30am it's because I have things going on, not because I enjoy standing around waiting. If things are busy I totally understand a wait; when it's not that's a different story (and not one told by an employee).

Not the best Starbucks I have been in to. We got there about 4:00pm and the place was packed. There was only one young man working that day. He took my friends order, started her then took my order. Took him well over 5 minutes to finish her one drink. Then he started mine when two other people walked in. Instead of just finishing mine, he let half of it sit there while he took the other orders. Now I use to complain that their drinks were too hot, but this time it was barely warm. Then the gentleman behind me ordered a smoothie but......they didn't have banana's. So he had to have a strawberries and cream. I am not at all impressed with this Starbucks, glad this is not my usual stop!

I go to Starbucks everywhere I go, and this one near where we live is the best. When you order something particular they actually listen and make it the way you want it. If they do make a mistake they immediately fix it, with a smile even instead of the attitude I get from others who make it wrong. The staff is very friendly, and not just because I know some of them. I spend a lot of time studying there and see how they interact with regulars and new people and they are always smiling, happy and willing to help. Parking can be tough, so be careful pulling in and out, but this one is worth visiting-Lindsey, Jamey, Erika, and Mo are the best!!

It's Starbucks. As far as Starbucks go, it's like any other...which is either good or bad depending on your perspective. Nice views are dampened by highway noise.

Worst Americano I've ever had at a SB; really expensive hot water. And, surprisingly, poor service. So it's not like your typical SB experience. Guess they have so much traffic going by they really don't have to worry about it.
